January 28/29 Wareham SC was again at Dorset County Championships.
First we had Leo and Kieran in the 100m Back and 2pb's. Kieran making 1st reserve for final- 9th in a strong age group. Kieran then raced well in the 100m Breast. Pb'd in the 50m Breast making reserve again for the final - 9th ad a regional consideration time!
Tayo next with 50m Breast and a pb, making final and finishing in 4th and a regional consideration time. Then 200 Breast, a pb, making final and 6th place.
Poppy raced next with 100 Back and the pb she'd been chasing.
Percy next raced 50m Breast, big pb and making reserve for final, finishing 10th in age group.
Aris unfortunately damaged his knee in the warm up, clearly in pain he was unable to compete. He will recover and come back stronger!
Well done to everyone that competed over the 2 weekends. A 73%pb rate, 5 finals, 5 reserves and a bronze medal!
