I’m Nicola. I’m a Mum, Personal Trainer and Swimming Coach.  

As a child I swam competitively for a North London club (where I grew up). I love to swim and have passed my enthusiasm on to my girls and hopefully the children I now coach! 

My hobbies include walking with my spaniels, cooking and exercising. I am also partial to a cold water dip in the sea now and then!
