Harry is coached by Brett Sutton. Brett has produced more triathlon champions than any other half dozen triathlon coaches combined. On top of that, Brett coached 24 swimmers to various Olympic Games. Brett's approach focuses on the basics and emphasizes repetition of sound training principles until an athlete has honed their skills to the highest possible level. While it's viewed as an "old school" method, the results speak for themselves. Simple training concepts designed to maximize training efficiency, applied on a highly consistent basis, produce results. During the winter Harry will be swimming 6 times a week, Riding 5 sessions and running between 5 and 7 sessions As the season approaches training will become more specific, and I aim to update the site regularly with details of my weekly training, so check back here for details ions. Racing in local cross countries and time trials will also be a key part of training. Below is a brief example of some of Harry’s key sessions.
